summer camp 2019

We are so excited to announce this summers production of Annie! Ages 8-18 are welcome and we have 60 open spots which will go fast. Read through all the materials below before signing up. Do it quick, we can’t wait to spend the summer with you!

AUDITIONS

Wednesday, April 10 & Thursday, April 11 //6-9 PM Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 3701 South Anthony.

Auditions are only for the 60 students who have registered and paid the $50 registration fee.


COST

$50 registration fee

$275 per student: 1/2 down on audition day with the remainder due the first day of camp.


THe Schedule

May 13th-June 13th // Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays // 6-9 p.m

Leads will possibly be asked for extended rehearsal time on already scheduled days. Please make sure your calendar is free. More than 4 conflicts will hamper your ability to be cast in a leading role. No exceptions.

additional information

All cast members will be required to buy their shoes for the show, under garments for their costumes, and their own makeup.

Any parent who serves on one of the following teams will receive a free complimentary ticket for every 5 hours served:

  1. Set building team-building sets for the show (set building days will be coordinated with rehearsal times and a schedule will be posted.)

  2. Set painting team-painting sets that are finished being built (set painting days will be coordinated with rehearsal times and a schedule will be posted.)

  3. Costumes-sewing, pulling, and fitting kids in their costumes

  4. Food and hospitality-working to coordinate meals for Thursday and Saturday

  5. Front of house-ticket sales, concessions, ushering

  6. Tech and video-working to program the microphones and a high-quality video recording of the show

All parents and students MUST stay to strike after the last performance.
